IowaHealth+ is a clinically integrated network owned and managed by 11 Iowa community health centers and the Iowa Primary Care Association (Iowa PCA). The organization is a voluntary business venture dedicated to providing payor agnostic and value-based care while furthering the unique mission of community health centers. 

IowaHealth+ is operated through a contract with the Iowa PCA. A staff directory can be found at www.iowapca.org.
